Nancy Y. Simpson

Nancy Simpson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation section. She represents clients in commercial and business litigation in Virginia.

Before joining Spotts Fain, Nancy served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Chesterfield County in the Juvenile & Domestic Relations office. She prosecuted cases involving domestic violence, sexual assault, crimes against children, and crimes involving juvenile defendants. She also had the honor of serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Steven C. McCallum of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.

Nancy grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and enjoys spending time out and about in Richmond, traveling to visit friends and family, spending time with her boyfriend and two cats, and cheering for the Virginia Cavaliers basketball team.
