Bankruptcy Trustee Assistant
Federal Bankruptcy Trustee is seeking a part-time assistant to help with all facets of trustee case administration. Duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare for and attend §341 Meetings of Creditors including preparation of case files; Case administration and reporting; Occasional coordination of activities relative to securing business premises and estate assets; Liaison with Trustee professionals, contractors, city/state officials and potential buyers of estate properties.
Must be an organized self-starter with excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills and superior attention to detail; fast-paced, casual working environment. Bankruptcy experience preferred but for the right candidate we will train. Willing to consider option for some remote work. Potential to develop into a full-time position.
