Spotts Fain Welcomes Jack T. Williams as a Business Associate

Spotts Fain is pleased to welcome Jack T. Williams as an associate attorney in the firm’s Business section. Jack’s practice focuses on general business and corporate matters, business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.

Before pursuing a legal career, Jack worked as an Automation Engineer for Merck & Co., Inc., bringing valuable technical and analytical experience to his legal practice. He earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2026, where he served as Senior Articles Editor of the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. He earned his B.S. in Engineering from James Madison University in 2021.

Jack’s combination of engineering experience and legal training provides a unique perspective as he works with businesses on corporate matters and transactions.
