Rob Pearsall's practice focuses on commercial real estate: land use, land management, easement creation and preservation, complex financing for property acquisition and rehabilitation/refinance, zoning, government compliance, settlements, and title insurance issues.

Rob has decades of experience preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, organizational documents and other related documents for commercial real estate transactions, in addition to advising clients as to 'best practices'.

Rob previously served as Virginia and D.C. state counsel for a nationwide title insurance carrier, contracts manager for a nationwide financial institution, assisted in the financing of multi-family housing complex transactions across the country and assisted with the acquisition, dispositions and financing of health care facilities for large regional hospitals and medical practices.
