Spotts Fain Welcomes Connor Johnson as an Associate in Creditors' Rights

We are pleased to welcome Connor Johnson as an associate attorney in the Creditors' Rights section. Connor's  practice will center on representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation, and collections and recovery actions in state and federal courts.

Connor is a graduate of the University of Texas and the received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.  Prior to joining Spotts Fain, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Wallerstein, Jr. and the Honorable Randall G. Johnson, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Henrico County. In law school, Connor served on the Moot Court Board, Trial Advocacy Board, and on the Editorial Board of the University of Richmond Law Review as its Online Editor. As a third-year, Connor used his practice certificate as an extern with the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society to represent tenants in Tenant’s Assertions, Unlawful Detainers, and Unlawful Exclusions before general district and circuit courts and was twice awarded honors for his performance.
