Connor W. Johnson

Attorney, Associate

Connor is an associate attorney in the Creditors' Rights section, where his practice will center on representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation, and collections and recovery actions in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Spotts Fain, Connor served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Wallerstein, Jr. and the Honorable Randall G. Johnson, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Henrico County after graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law. In law school, Connor served on the Moot Court Board, Trial Advocacy Board, and on the Editorial Board of the University of Richmond Law Review as its Online Editor. As a third-year, Connor used his practice certificate as an extern with the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society to represent tenants in Tenant’s Assertions, Unlawful Detainers, and Unlawful Exclusions before general district and circuit courts and was twice awarded honors for his performance.
