Spotts Fain Welcomes Rob Pearsall
We are excited to welcome Rob Pearsall to the firm. Rob's practice focuses on commercial real estate: land use, land management, easement creation and preservation, complex financing for property acquisition and rehabilitation/refinance, zoning, government compliance, settlements, and title insurance issues.
Rob has decades of experience preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, organizational documents, and other related documents for commercial real estate transactions, in addition to advising clients as to 'best practices'. We look forward to incorporating his expertise into our practice.
