The annual recognition highlights Vi rginia law firms led by women that have demonstrated success in areas including firm growth, employee support, workplace morale, community involvement, and efforts to support women in the legal profession.

Spotts Fain is led by President and Shareholder Jennifer J. West, who has served in the role since May 2021.

To be eligible for the recognition, a firm must be based in Virginia, have at least four attorneys, and be led by a woman or women. VirginiaLawyers Weekly also considers factors such as growth, employee programs and morale, community engagement, and efforts to help women attorneys succeed professionally and broaden participation in the profession.
