Erin Strunk’s practice focuses on business litigation and creditor’s rights. She has experience representing lenders, commercial landlords, businesses, property managers, construction contractors, and subcontractors in matters involving:

  • Collection of commercial debts through post-judgment remedies, including garnishments, liens, levies, debtor’s interrogatories and charging orders
  • Breach of commercial lease actions
  • Breach of contract actions and enforcement of lender’s rights in collateral, including filing and enforcement of detinue actions
  • Domestication and collection of out-of- state commercial debts
  • Filing and defending against Mechanic’s Liens
  • Defending claims for lot rent under the Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act
