Clay Hester is an associate in the firm's Litigation section. He is experienced in representing clients in cases involving complex commercial contract and business disputes, products liability, municipal litigation, and wrongful death and catastrophic injury in state and federal courts across the country. Clay has served as lead counsel in mediating and negotiating settlements. In addition, he is experienced in conducting and managing complex discovery.

Before joining Spotts Fain, Clay practiced with a firm in North Carolina that served as national and regional counsel to various clients in the trucking and aviation industries.
