Alicia Cundiff serves as a Government Affairs Specialist at Spotts Fain Consulting. She assists in representing Spotts Fain's numerous clients before the General Assembly, regulatory agencies, and Executive Branch. Alicia works to build relationships with Virginia public officials to represent our clients' interests and lobby on their behalf in the General Assembly. Alicia is responsible for the day to day management of Spotts Fain's consulting practice through tracking legislation and relevant news, conducting policy research, drafting policy briefs and educational materials, and managing our client's grassroots efforts.

Before joining Spotts Fain Consulting in 2015, Alicia served as the Advocacy Director at the Richmond Justice Initiative for two years, where she successfully worked to pass landmark human trafficking legislation and cultivated relationships with legislators and administration officials on both sides of the aisle.

 

Alicia is a graduate of the University of Virginia where she studied Government and had the occasion to study abroad and intern at the Irish Parliament. Alicia is also a graduate of the Sorenson Institute for Political Leadership's Emerging Leader's program.
