Dave Dabbs advises and represents employers on all aspects of employment law, including applications, contracts, deferred compensation plans, handbooks, policies, terminations, releases, and restrictive covenants. With over 25 years of experience, he has particular background in the FLSA and other wage and hour laws, ADA and FMLA compliance, discrimination and retaliation claims, employment issues arising in the sale and closure of facilities (including severance benefits and WARN and OWBPA compliance), and employee benefits litigation (primarily under ERISA). Since 2020, he has aided and represented clients extensively on Covid-related matters, especially before the EEOC. He also advises and represents clients on more general contract and administrative matters.
