Fain to Speak on Panel at RBA Business Law Section Meeting

Hugh Fain will speak on a panel at the RBA Business Law section January CLE seminar and reception on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Troutman Sanders, 1001 Haxall Point. The CLE seminar will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and has been approved for 2.0 hours of credit (including 1.0 hour of ethics credit).
The CLE topic "Ethical and Other Considerations in Business Divorces" will be presented by the following panelists: Kelly L. Faglioni, Hunton & Williams; Alexander D.
