As Director of e-Discovery for Spotts Fain's Electronic Discovery and Information Analytics (DIA), Michael Yager contributes to the Firm's compliance with best practices and the law of e-Discovery. He plays an active role in helping ensure that this segment of litigation complies with the Federal and State rules governing it.
Michael is involved in every stage of e-Discovery for the Firm and its clients, from the collection, early case assessment, and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) to the management of the Firm's in-house document review platform, the attorney review process, and the production of documents. The Firm assists clients with e-Discovery as it relates to litigation, responses to subpoenas, or internal corporate investigations.
