Meade A. Spotts
Meade A. Spotts is President of Spotts Fain PC, a Virginia law firm focused on advising, counseling and representing businesses in transactional and litigation matters since 1988. Meade's practice emphasizes real estate and environmental issues, legislative representation and lobbying, general corporate and business law. He represents his clients' interests before the Virginia General Assembly, local and state boards, planning commissions and agencies. He has participated in public and private trade missions to China and represents companies with interests in North America, China and other countries.
Meade earned his B.A. in History, with distinction, from the Virginia Military Institute in 1979. He earned his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1982. First commissioned in 1979, he is a graduate of the U. S. Army Command and General Staff Course and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve.
