Brian R. M. Adams
Brian Adams represents clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on construction litigation, business disputes and breach of contract matters. He has handled a number of cases involving charges under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) physical barriers and access to public accommodations. Brian is experienced in handling federal litigation on the Rocket Docket of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia as well as in state circuit courts throughout the Commonwealth. He also has successfully enforced his clients' rights in federal and state court appellate matters as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
