Farmland preservation

The Commonwealth of Virginia has taken the lead in the nation, passing legislation that encourages the preservation of farm land through the establishment of conservation easements. From its office in Irvington, Spotts Fain is conveniently located to serve farmers and other landowners and businesses located throughout the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula as well as throughout Virginia.
