    We Handle Every Type of Business Entity Formation and Restructuring

    We provide guidance on the choice of a business entity (including an analysis of "S" corporations, "C" corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies), assist in the analysis of buyouts or redemptions of other business owners and provide tax planning advice associated with the start-up, purchase or sale of ongoing businesses.

    Typically, this includes the implementation of buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, asset sale agreements and split-dollar arrangements. Our firm's business section also has extensive experience in the negotiation of commercial contracts, labor issues, securities issues, employee benefits and tax planning.
