  • Our insurance coverage litigation group is headed by senior attorney Henry N. Ware, who provides more than 20 years of experience representing both insurers on a wide variety of coverage and litigation related claims.

    Harry Ware's experience includes successful mediation and trial defense litigation relating to products liability and other personal injury and property damage claims. Under his direction, Spotts Fain has a successful case history representing clients ranging from individuals and small companies to large, multinational corporations.
