Benefits Information

Group Health Insurance

The firm currently pays premiums for single coverage health insurance for all eligible full-time employees. Employees may elect to participate in employee-paid health insurance for their families. Full-time employees are eligible for coverage the first of the month following date of hire.

Life Insurance & Group Long-Term Disability Benefits

For all full-time employees that have completed the 90-day evaluation period and any applicable waiting period imposed by the carrier, Spotts Fain pays for up to $50,000 in life insurance benefits and currently provides long term group disability insurance (as defined in the firm’s life and long-term group disability plans).

Profit/Pension Plan

The firm currently maintains a profit sharing/401(K) plan (the "Plan") for full-time employees that have completed the requisite amount of time as an employee of the firm and who are eligible to participate. Depending upon the firm’s annual performance, the firm makes a contribution on the employee’s behalf.

Parking

The firm currently provides parking for each full-time employee at no expense to the employee.
