Pete Gambardella joined Spotts Fain in 2008 and practices in the business section of the firm where he focuses on commercial, business and real estate transactions.  He also represents clients in land use and zoning matters as well as construction and real estate litigation.

Pete earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1996.  He received his J.D., cum laude, from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2004 where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.

Pete is admitted in all Virginia courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  He is a member of the Richmond and Virginia Bar Associations as well as the American Bar Association.  Pete currently serves as President of the Benedictine High School Alumni Board of Directors.  He is also a member of the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Executive Committee for Soccer and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond Distinguished Leadership Awards Committee.
