Elliot P. Fitzgerald

Elliot Fitzgerald joined Spotts Fain's Litigation Section as an associate in 2009.  He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, employment, and intellectual property law.  He was admitted to the bar in 2008 and served as a Judicial Clerk for the Hon. William D. Hamblen, Judge, 31st Judicial Circuit of Virginia from 2008 to 2009. 

Elliot received his B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in History and Philosophy cum laude from the University of Florida, where he participated in the Study Abroad Program at Cambridge University, United Kingdom.  He received his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and President of the Jewish Law Students Association.
