 R. Lee Stephens Jr. is the resident shareholder at Spotts Fain's Irvington Office. His law practice concentrates on conservation, business, real estate transactions, and government relations. Mr. Stephens received a B.A in English from the Mr. Stephens is a director of the Northern Neck Insurance Co.
