M. F. Mullins, Jr. 

Following graduation from law school, Connell Mullins served as law clerk to the Honorable M. Langhorne Keith of the Fairfax County Circuit Court. He then served as law clerk to the Honorable Henry E. Hudson, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Mullins joined Spotts Fain Chappell & Anderson in 2003 as an associate in the litigation department. His practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, products liability defense, and intellectual property litigation.

Mr. Mullins earned his B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1997. In 2001, he earned his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where he served as Manuscripts Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board.

He is a member of the Richmond and Virginia Bar Associations. Mr. Mullins is also actively involved as a Committee Member of the Richmond Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.
