Heather Gillespie joined Spotts Fain in 2005. She is an associate in the business department of the firm focusing her practice in the areas of business law and real estate. Heather also assists companies in acquiring minority or woman-owned business status and is CRESPA certified by the Virginia State Bar.
Heather received her J.D. from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 2003 and her B.A. from Rice University in 1986.
She is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar, Real Estate Section; the Richmond Bar Association, Real Estate Section; the Henrico County Bar Association and the Metropolitan Richmond Women's Bar Association. Heather is also a member of the Goochland Chamber of Commerce and 2008 Chair of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce Schmooza Palooza.
