 Amanda Gallagher graduated in 2004 from James Madison University with a B.A. in English and Philosophy. She received her J.D. from Appalachian School of Law and was admitted to practice in Virginia in 2007. She served as Law Clerk to Hon. John R. Alderman, Hon. J. Overton Harris and Hon. Joseph J. Ellis, Hanover Circuit Court from 2007-2008. Amanda is a member of the Creditors' Rights section of the firm, representing creditors in bankruptcy and collections matters. Education:
